| Comments: | On Saturday, January 28th, Sunny Fields Botanical Park will be having a Winter Park Day from 10am-3pm. The trails will be open for hiking, snowshoeing or viewing wildlife. Our very own Executive Director and creator of Sunny Fields, Bill Horman, will be on hand for a pruning demonstration and will discuss the sights and sounds of the park in winter. Sunny Fields board members will be present to give tours and answer any questions you may have. There is no charge to attend this event and everyone is encouraged to bring their families and friends. Remember that this is an outdoor event, so be sure to dress appropriately. A campfire will be going and hot beverages will be provided to help chase away the chill of winter. |

I work with a group of Special Needs individuals that have a gardening class and also a Senior Friendship Club through the ARC of Port Huron and we are thinking if coming to your gardens would be a good fit for them to see different flowers and trees then they are used to. |
